The Franklin Parks and Recreation will be offering Letters From Santa.
CLICK HERE to fill out the form for your child to receive a letter from Santa.
Must be a Franklin Resident.
A separate form should be filled out for each person.  
Registration deadline: December 18th.
Non-residents, $.75 cents for postage; please register at Franklin Rec.
