Registrations

 

Vehicle registration *RENEWALS may be completed online via our website portal (Fees Apply): Click Here

Registrations renewals may also be dropped in the mail slot at the front door. Also your renewals may be sent via US mail to:

Franklin City Clerk’s Office 316 Central Street Franklin, NH 03235.  Please include renewal notice or a photocopy of registration with your check.  If we do not have any documentation that specifically identifies the vehicle(s), we will have to return your mail back to you without your registrations being completed.

All Registration Renewals completed online, through the mail, or drop slot will be MAILED to the address on file with the NH DMV along with the decals for your plates.

*Only renewals can be completed online that have no modifications, and were previously completed in Franklin.  All other transactions need to be completed in person or by mail.

Dog Licenses
 

Dog licenses expire April 30th of each year, and must be renewed by May 31st annually to avoid late fees.  Affective on June 1st there will be a dollar late fee per month after May when renewing the license late.  In addition to the late fees, in June there will be a $25 Civil Forfeiture Fee per dog when not licensed on time.  Also, in addition to the late fees and the Civil Forfeiture if the dog is not licensed in time a court summons may be issue for a violation to the owner.  Dog license renewals can be done online or by mail.  A valid Rabies is required to register your dog.

Taxes/ Water-Sewer Bill
 

Taxes and Water/Sewer bills may be paid online or by mail, if mailing please call or email the Clerk’s Office for payoff, if that is your intent. (603-934-3109) Mail To: Franklin City Clerk’s Office 316 Central Street Franklin, NH 03235.

Vital Records
 

Looking to get a birth certificate, death certificate, divorce/civil dissolution certificate, or marriage certificate?  You may request a record by mailing in your application to the Clerk's Office.
