Assessing Technician 
The City of Franklin seeks a highly organized, detail oriented, professional, customer service orientated Assessing Technician. The Assessing Technician is a full-time position which performs a full range of administrative support duties to the contract Assessor and Planning/Zoning Director that can be confidential and sensitive. Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma, 2-year post-secondary education and municipal experience desired; however, any equivalent combination of education or experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

Wage range is $21.30 - $28.65/hour DOQ/E. Franklin offers a competitive benefit package. LIGHT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - WATER
The Municipal Services Department has a full-time job opening for a Light Equipment Operator in the Water and Sewer Divisions.  The position participates in the maintenance and upkeep of the City Water and Sewer Departments.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Class B CDL driver’s license and a clean driving record.  Possession of a Level 1 NH Public Water System Operators Certification in Distribution and Treatment, or must obtain within one year from the date of hire.  Physical and drug testing required.
 
Starting pay range: $18.10 - 19.49 an hour to commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefit package.

LIGHT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - HIGHWAY
The Municipal Services Department has a full-time job opening for a Light Equipment Operator in the Highway Department.
 
Minimum Qualifications: Good physical condition to work in the out of doors in varying weather conditions. Must be available to work long hours for snow control and other emergency situations. Possession of a clean driving record and a New Hampshire CDL Class B driver license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months. Must pass a physical and drug and alcohol testing.
 
Salary: $18.10 - $19.49 per hour to commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefit package.
