CAP WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM 

Weatheriza­tion is the scientific audit of your home to determine how your building is using or

wasting energy and the repair and improvement of any related problems that arise. If you

qualify for fuel assistance and meet in­come guidelines for weatherization, you may be

eli­gible for weatherization if you meet any of these ad­ditional requirements: 

•    No insulation in attic or walls
•    Age 62 or older
•    Age 6 or younger or
If there is a person with disabilities living in the house. There is no cost associated with

weatheriza­tion; you don't pay for the audit or any related im­provements made to your home.
