UPDATE ON TONIGHT'S CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING (12/14/2023)

Below are a few updates about tonight's upcoming workshop meeting:
- Tonight's meeting is NOT canceled. The workshop meeting that was scheduled for next Monday, 12/18, is the one that is CANCELED.
- Item 1, regarding the Mill City Park MOA, has been taken off of the agenda for tonight.
- The meeting starts at 6:30pm, instead of 6pm and the city council will be going into a nonpublic session first.
- The Franklin Opera House meet & greet will start at about 7pm
