Due to the weather that was expected last night, it was decided to err on the safe side for the sake of the children and parents out walking. One of the local newspapers stated incorrect information for Franklin so Please Take Notice and spread the word - TRICK or TREAT for Franklin is scheduled for this Saturday, Nov 2nd from 1-4 p.m. Thank you for your understanding!
