Temporary Traffic Control Order

Winni River Days is taking place in Franklin on June 22-24, 2018 and is expected to attract large numbers of visitors to the City. In addition, there will be overnight camping at Odell Park and enhanced parking needs are expected. In order to accommodate the expected parking matters, specific parking restrictions will be suspended for the duration of the event.
The following TEMPORARY ORDER will remain in effect from 6/22-6/24: Suspend parking time/period restrictions on Central Street, Franklin Street, Canal Street, Elkins Street, and East Bow Street. Parking time limits for all municipal lots is suspended as well to include Odell Park.
