Regarding the Planning Board Meeting on February 22, 2023

The Franklin Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance and Site Plan Regulations regarding how much parking is needed for specific land uses, and how to appropriately design a parking lot.
Please see the proposed changes on the Planning Board page of the City’s website.
Time limits on current parking areas (i.e.: 2-hour parking limits) are separate from these Zoning Ordinances/Site Plan Regulations and as such are not part of the proposed changes.
