KRT Appraisals has completed the 2023 Statistical Revaluation.
The NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT VALUES is being mailed to you this week.
If you wish to discuss the new property assessed value, please call 1-855-228-4033 weekdays from September 18th through September 25th between 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M

IMPORTANT:
Do not use the current tax rate to calculate your next tax bill.
The new tax rate will be lowered to reflect the increase in property values.
