Good morning,
As you may be aware, there will be a memorial ceremony for Chief Haas this afternoon at Winnisquam Regional High School at 5:00pm. A police escort will pass in front of the Franklin Police Station, Central St., between 4:30pm - 4:45pm this afternoon.
The Governor will be speaking at the ceremony, as well as Chief Goldstein. It is not intended to last very long, as there will only be 4 speakers.
