Hello Franklin,

Likely, you have recently received your notice of preliminary values from KRT Appraisals. As you can see, values have increased significantly from the 2018 update. While it's nice that one of your (likely) largest investments is increasing in value, it also brings some questions and/or concerns. Please see attached FAQ to assist you.
