Halloween Guidelines for Franklin

Franklin Residents may choose to celebrate Halloween from 4-8 PM on October 31st, 2020.

Please note the following precautions during this continued health pandemic. These tips do not cover them all.  Please use common sense and note that we are following the State Guidelines.

• Be respectful - if there are NO lights on, the residence is NOT participating. 
• If you are not feeling well, stay inside and do not participate.
• Wear protective masks to keep yourself and others safe.
• If you are giving out candy, maybe placing it on a table outside is an option. 
• Avoid large gatherings and parties.
• Parents, escort young children.
• All trick-or-treaters should stay on sidewalks and avoid walking in the street.

This remains to be a difficult time and as we all do our part to eradicate COVID-19, we hope this Halloween can still be an enjoyable time - Please do your part and be safe!
