Eversource Performing Aerial Patrols 4/11 & 4/12

Eversource New Hampshire’s Transmission System Operators have requested helicopter patrols be conducted this Thursday 4/11 and Friday 4/12 on certain transmission lines located across the State to ensure electrical system reliability.  The patrols are tentatively scheduled to occur in the communities listed below but are weather-dependent.

PURPOSE OF HELICOPTER PATROLS: Eversource will be patrolling certain transmission lines across the state, if weather conditions are favorable, this Thursday and Friday to ensure system reliability.  

CITIES & TOWNS INVOLVED:  

  • Ashland, New Hampton, Meredith, Laconia, Ossipee, Tuftonboro, Melvin Village, and Moultonborough
  • Franklin, Tilton, Belmont, Gilford, Laconia, Tamworth, and Madison
  • Keene, Sullivan, Nelson, Stoddard, Antrim, and Hillsborough
  • New Boston, and Goffstown
  • Portsmouth
  • Brentwood, Exeter, Stratham and Greenland
  • Brentwood, Fremont, Danville, Sandown, Chester, Derry and Londonderry
  • Franklin, Andover, Wilmot, New London, Springfield, and Sunapee
