Questions on parcels should be submitted to the City Manager via email at citymgr@franklinnh.org by Wednesday February 24,2021. Responses will be available to all via the link above by Friday, February 26, 2021.

The City will accept sealed bids sent to City Hall, Office of the City Manager marked “Sealed Bid – “applicable parcel number”’, 316 Central Street, Franklin, NH.  Make sure to include your name/address/phone number and any other contact information as well as your bid amount which should be in both numbers and words.  All bids must be received by the City Manager’s Office no later than March 3, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Successful bidders should be prepared to close and take ownership by March 19, 2021. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids.
