62nd Annual Franklin Winter Carnival 2024

Ever popular and fun to watch!  BOAT BASH SNOW CRASH!  Great activity for participants and spectators alike.  Don't miss it as the Winter Carnival approaches its close.   One more event in the planning stages - LUAU PARTY - date and time yet to be determined.
