Discovery Requests

If you are presently facing criminal charges and are seeking a copy of your arrest report, please submit a request for discovery in writing to the Prosecutor’s Office.

You may submit your request via email to franklinprosecutor@franklinnh.org by letter, or by completing a Discovery Request form which is also available at the Police Department.  Your request must include your name, your date of birth, and a mailing address. If you do not have a mailing address, please indicate that you would like to pick your discovery up at the Police Department once it is prepared. There is no charge for discovery. Please note that this email address is for discovery purposes ONLY. Right-to-Know requests will NOT be accepted via this email address.

If you are represented by an attorney, please do not submit a request for discovery. Your attorney will request and receive discovery on your behalf.
