Yard Sale Permits

Yard Sale Permits are issued at the Franklin Police Department from Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.  A limit of four per calendar year for areas of the city not zoned for retail sales.

Solicitation Permits

Solicitation Permits are issued by the Franklin Police Chief for a fee of $10.00.  You may come in to the Police Department, call (603) 934-7159, or email.
