Scholarships

The Franklin Parks and Recreation Department strives to offer affordable programs.  We do have a limited amount of scholarships.  Payment arrangements are always available for any program.

Please fill out the Financial Assistance Application and submit it to the Director.  Please contact the Parks and Recreation Director for more information on scholarships or if you are interested in setting up a payment arrangement.
