Concord Hometown Heroes Banner Program Comes to Franklin!

The City of Franklin is proud to announce our participation in the Concord for Hometown Heroes Banner Program! This summer, CHHB banners paying tribute to the local area veterans will be placed up and down North & South Main Streets in Franklin. We hope to get as much participation as possible, so please help spread the word! See the links below for more information on the program. Completed applications can be dropped off with the City Manager’s office in City Hall.
