Council to consider the amendment of the July 2nd City Council Meeting to include the roll call vote to seal the minutes of the non-public session that was taken but inadvertently left out of the minutes. Council to also consider the minutes of the July 18th City Council Final Budget Review Meeting, the minutes of the October 1st City Council Meeting, and the minutes of the October 5th City Council Meeting.
