Welfare Department is a part-time office, with hours of 8
a.m. to 12 (noon) Monday through Friday.

The Welfare
Director, Sharon Stephen, is available during the hours
of 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and can be reached at (603)
934-3404.

If you need
assistance, and it is outside of this time frame, but
within normal business hours of the City of Franklin,
please contact the City Manager's Office at (603)
934-3900.

If you require
assistance, you will need to fill out and file an
application, with all supporting documentation. This
will need to be done in person at the City of Franklin.
If you have not picked up an application, you can do so
by visiting the Welfare Department or the City Manager's
Office. |
