The City of Franklin, NH seeks firms to submit Proposals & Qualifications for the Webster Lake Watershed water quality improvements to include stormwater treatment evaluation and design, septic system survey, community septic system evaluation and design, and outreach and education.

Each firm will submit Six (6) hard copies of all documents and one disc with a PDF version in a sealed envelope marked “RFP/Q – Webster Lake”
