Property taxes are billed semi-annually.

The first issue is mailed out in May and is due July 1st.  The second issue is mailed out in October and is due December 1st.  Delinquent tax bills will accrue interest every day past the due date.

The current tax rate is $17.98 per thousand.  The equalization rate is 100.2%.

Property Tax Filing Deadlines:

Elderly Exemption - April 15th
Veteran Credit - April 15th
Current Use - April 15th
Exempt Property - April 15th

Abatement Applications must be filed AFTER the 2nd half bill is issued (Fall Bill) and PRIOR to the following March 1st.
