This is a link to the State of NH site forms that can be filled out on line and submitted on line to the state.

State of NH Energy Code Forms

 

 

One can also fill out these forms on line and then print them to bring to the State for approval by visiting http://www.puc.nh.gov/EnergyCodes/residential.htm

Click on Energy Codes, compliance information for residential buildings, where you will find a section in yellow described as REScheck Software Tool.  Download the REScheck software and have the ability to fill the form out, find out if your application passes or fails, and then print out the filled out form, bring it to the State and receive your approval.

Flood Maps are provided to the City of Franklin by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and FEMA.  The City of Franklin cannot tell a property owner if their property is located in the flood zone.  You must view the flood maps and make that determination.
