In accordance with the provision of Chapter 31, Division 2 of the Franklin Municipal Code, notice is hereby given that the city of Franklin will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 7:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Franklin City Hall, concerning Resolution #09-12 concerning an increase in the contingent grant FY12 approved appropriations for both expenditure and revenue from $50,000 to $86,000.

 

Provisions for persons with special needs can be made by contacting the City Manager’s Office, via telephone or mail, at least five days prior to the public hearing.

CITY OF FRANKLIN

In accordance with the provision of Chapter 31, Division 2 of the Franklin Municipal Code, notice is hereby given that the city of Franklin will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 7:06 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Franklin City Hall, concerning Resolution #10-12 concerning the approval of using the remaining Capital Reserve Funds from the Water Main Replacement Project on Memorial Street for unanticipated expenses for emergency water main replacements for Pemigewassett and Gerrish Street.
