Buildings and Grounds is a department within Municipal Services.  The buildings and grounds crew is in charge of upkeep of City owned buildings and maintenance of lawns, gardens and other grounds within the City limits, under ownership of the City.  The grounds Foreman is Brian Barry, who can be reached at (603) 934-2154.

The Buildings and Grounds garage is located on the lower level of the Franklin Recreation Center.
