The City of Franklin Assessing Department will be starting the annual cycled inspection process in the downtown area and surrounding streets beginning the second week in June. This process will continue until late fall. If the owner is not at home, the property will be measured and a follow up letter will be sent to schedule an appointment for an inspection at a later date. The cycled inspection process ensures accuracy in the assessment data and compliance with state regulations governing assessments in the State of New Hampshire.
If you have any questions, please contact the Assessing Department at 934-5449.
