How to watch a good program die!
Nothing kills a recreation program faster than those who wait until the last minute to register. There is a point where a program must be cancelled if there is insufficient registration. All programs require a level of scheduling, staffing and purchasing of equipment. So please register early.

Registration Information
  1. Individuals enrolling in the Recreation programs are required to pay the registration fee prior to the start date of the program.  (If you need to set up a payment arrangement or are interested in a scholarship please contact the Parks & Recreation Director).
     
  2. You can register for any program, activity, or trip by mail by filing out the Registration Form and mailing it with payment or visiting the Proulx Center at 124 Memorial Street, Franklin, NH 03235  Remember, registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
     

  3. Refunds are made only if the Recreation Department is notified prior to the start date of the scheduled program, class or trip.  Refunds are not given once a program has begun. Should a trip be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather or any other circumstance, you will be refunded the full amount if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.


    The Recreation Department establishes a minimum and a maximum number of registrants to be accepted for each class. Register early to guarantee a place in the program.
     
  4. The City of Franklin Recreation Department programs are open to all residents regardless of race, age physical and/or mental disabilities. Any resident having special needs or accessibility problems regarding our programs, please contact the Franklin Recreation Department.
