Duties & Details
The MSD operates and maintains the sanitary sewer system and performs repairs to City sewer lines when needed. 

Approximately two-thirds of City streets have sanitary sewer available.  Effluent is received and treated by the Winnipesaukee River Basin Treatment Plant.
