Decals for Residential and Commercial Facility use may be obtained at the Transfer Station and are issued annually in June. Decals must be clearly displayed on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Out-of-town contractors doing business in the City of Franklin must obtain an annual application from the Municipal Services Department, located at 43 West Bow Street in Franklin, New Hampshire.
