This division is responsible for a wide array of inspection services for the City’s Fire and Health departments. This office is providing inspectional services for the fire department for life safety, place of assembly and other fire prevention codes. This office is responsible for the enforcement of the property maintenance code and the enforcement of the building codes and building permit field inspections for the Planning & Zoning department. This Division has two employees (one full-time and one part-time). This office is also responsible
for health officer duties.
Currently the division is staffed with two Inspectors who maintains business hours of Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. The direct line for this division is (603) 934-5680.
