Historic Colors of America
In
this booklet you will find the colors that are approved
for renovations in the Historic District. When
choosing colors for upgrades they must be approved
colors from the Historic Colors of America (all approved
colors are stamped as approved and not all colors in the
booklet are approved) and you must apply to the Heritage
Commission. |

Public Hearing
meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of the month, at
Franklin City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 316
Central Street, at 6:00 p.m. |

Regular
Meetings are held the second Monday of every month at
the Franklin Public Library, 316 Central Street, on the
second floor at 6:00pm |

are always open to the public and we encourage you to
Join us. We welcome your input and your volunteer
time to help us achieve our goals. |

FRANKLIN HERITAGE COMMISSION
2009 SCHEDULE
Unless otherwise posted, all regular meetings of the Heritage Commission will
be held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Franklin Public
Library.
