Mission
Statement
Facilitate, implement and maintain appropriate financial policies and internal
control structure to efficiently and accurately process, record and report all
of the City’s financial activity in accordance with applicable laws, currently
accepted governmental accounting promulgation and generally accepted accounting
principles (GAAP). To work interactively with as well as provide reliable and
relevant reporting to agencies, officials, management, and taxpayers for results
that are both informed and in the best interest of the City of Franklin.
