The City
Manager's office full time staff consists of :
Pursuant to the Franklin City Charter the City Manager is the City of Franklin's chief administrative officer and reports directly to the Franklin City Council. The City Manager prepares the city budget, appoints/removes all administrative officers of the city and carries out the ordinances passed by the city council. Thank you for visiting the City of Franklin’s web site! I hope that the information contained within this site will assist you with answering questions about your city government and provides you with information regarding city meetings, events, and projects. Franklin is undergoing an exciting transformation.
